When do we deliver?

Our limited launch delivery days are Tuesdays & Fridays, we are on the road from 8am til 6pm & we will shoot you a text the morning of your delivery with an ETA. Orders for Tuesdays close at 10pm Sunday night & Orders for Fridays close at 10pm Wednesday night - this is to ensure that we can provide the very freshest product we can, some of our meats take up to 14 hours to smoke & we take pride and care in the end product so we need a bit more time than you may find with other services who offer same day delivery.

Where do we deliver?

From launch, we have set a 40km radius from our commercial kitchen on Martin St, Brighton. Two ways you can check if we deliver to your home address; Hit google maps, type in Martin St, Brighton & check the distance from your home address or simply process your order and when you throw your address into the checkout we will tell you whether we're available in your area or not. If there's any issues with checking out at your address & you believe you are within our 40km radius, you can give us a call on 0478 813 710 to discuss.

How do we deliver?

We delivery your order in cold storage in our modern vehicles & drop to your doorstep. Please indicate in the delivery notes section whether you would like a contactless delivery or if you'd like to interact with our amazing drivers. Our drivers are food safety certified & our number one priority is to deliver your order safely.

How much am I charged for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of $15 per delivery, 100% of this fee goes directly to our amazing delivery drivers.

How do I reheat my order?

We provide full instructions online, to avoid paper waste, we will direct you to the product page for each item for our simple to follow instructions, we make it super simple to have our restaurant quality eats in the comfort of your own home, using basic kitchen items that everyone will have access to.

How quickly do i need to eat my goodies?

We provide a use by date for all of our products, simply look for the tag on each package in your order for its individual use by date, generally with our meats & fresh produce, we give you 4 days before you need to either consume or discard. Our condiments & cocktails have an extended shelf life so feel free to stock up.

What happens if i have a problem with my order?
